Safety Training
We offer training to new and existing employees. Every week our Foreman and crews have a training session and they choose topics that are relevant to the current jobsite conditions.
Safety is a Team Effort
Safety is every employee’s responsibility. All employees are empowered and expected to bring safety issues to their manager's attention immediately.
Safety Meetings
Every week the Foreman will conduct a tailgate meeting to discuss the jobsite hazards and discuss any relevant safety topics that came up on other jobsites.
